This three part class will introduce tarot interpretation. Beginners and experienced readers are welcome. Each class will begin with a short ritual and meditation. There will be a lecture and a sample reading followed by an opportunity to practice reading for a partner.

Class starts at 5:30 and meets every other Saturday, starting November 3rd.

Week one (Nov 3rd):

I will introduce the major arcana. From the fool through the universe, we will discuss the meaning of each card individually and then practice reading the cards in relation to each other.

Week two (Nov 17th):

We will work with the minor arcana, discussing the suits, the card numbers and the face card meanings. We will read with the minor cards and practice two and three card readings.

Week three (Dec 1st):

We will work with whole deck. Our focus will be on paths to interpretation and different spreads. We will discuss the tarot as a method to frame (or re-frame) a story.
